These are the same terms shown in the app when an account is created. They are kept deliberately short, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
- Completed batches contribute anonymized community benchmarks by default. An owner or admin can turn this off in Settings, which also removes everything the workspace has shared.
- A shared benchmark carries no information that identifies you or your workspace.
- We record how the app is used, including screen recordings of your sessions, so we can find where it gets in your way. What you type is not recorded, and neither are your costs or prices.
- Personal info is never sold.
- You are responsible for data accuracy.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Square, monthly or annually, and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Cancelling never deletes anything. The account returns to the Free plan with full access to everything already recorded and to its exports. The Free limits only apply to adding new records.
Your data
Your records are yours. Settings, then Data & Export, downloads a JSON file of your machines, prep sheets, batch runs and profile at any time, without asking us. See the privacy page for what is stored, who can reach it and how to have it deleted.
